What You’ll Do
You’ll guide animation projects from concept to delivery, making sure every team member knows exactly what to do and when to do it. You’ll coordinate with clients, gather requirements, set timelines, track progress, and make sure the creative team has everything they need to work smoothly. You’ll turn scattered ideas into organized action plans, prevent bottlenecks, and maintain clear communication between artists, editors, writers, and clients. Most days, you’ll be solving problems, aligning expectations, and keeping the project on schedule without killing the creativity that makes our work shine.

You respect artists and understand how production works in animation or video. You can manage timelines, juggle multiple tasks, and gently push for deadlines without being pushy.
